A third generation real estate professional, Chase Steffien grew up speaking the language of properties and investments. As a student, he did his homework at his mother’s office, attended showings, and was inspired by the care and attention his parents lavished on their clients. When it came time to launch his own career, there was little doubt that he would pursue this lifelong passion in the beachside communities of the South Bay.
A Certified Property Manager, Chase has a deep understanding of the real estate transaction process and a wealth of experience with bankruptcy, foreclosure, probate sales, and other difficult transactions, as well as more conventional home sales and purchases. But real estate success is not just a matter of technical expertise; it requires superior communications, excellent pricing strategies, skillful negotiation, innovative marketing, and terrific “people” skills.

Growing up on the water and representing buyers, sellers, and investors in the Southern California’s unique beach communities, Chase is an avid surfer, free diver, photographer, and cook. “I’ll be here for a long time,” he says. “My clients are my neighbors and members of the community. Our relationship extends beyond the close of escrow. So the work I do for them really matters – today and in the years to come. Trust matters. Community matters. People matter.”
